Jacob Alexander Gomez passed away on the 27th of December, 2011. He was born on December 5, 1972.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur G. Gomez.
He is survied by his wife, April & herdaughter, Kathryn; his mother Elvira (Vera) Gomez & husband Robert; his sister Julie Snyder & husband Greg; and his brothers, Arthur A. Gomez & wife Kathleen, and Robert A. Gomez & wife Brenda.
He graduated from St. Edwards University in Austin. He had many friends and loved Notre Dame and the Steelers.
There will be a Memorial Mass at St. Patrick Catholic Church (4918 Cochran St. Houston, TX 77009) at 9:30 am on Friday, January 13, 2012.

Dearest Gomez family - Our hearts are hurting for all of you. Jacob was an amazing young man - full of life and so very sweet. He was always so professional and truly cared to do the very best in his job. He always went above and beyond to ensure everything went as it was supposed to. He will be missed by his colleagues and friends at T3. God Bless you all and may He hold you in His Arms during this tough time.

Jacob was the best brother a sibling couuld have. He was caring, compassionate, kind, and loving. We will miss him dearly. Thank you all for your warm words and thoughts. We truly appreciate all of his friends and family helping us through this very hard time in our lives. May he rest in peace with the Lord almighty, our Father Arthur G. Gomez,and my son and Jacob's nephew Robert A. Gomez Jr. (Robby) for all eternity.

Jacob, we may never have met you, but 'knew' you through your wonderful brother, Rob, who married our daughter Brenda.
Over the years, Rob spoke highly of you, with affection, love and pride.
