Salwa A. Younes

Salwa A. Younes, 72, passed away in Houston, Texas on June 20, 2016. She was born on April 2, 1944 in Lebanon to Ibrahim Jabbour and Nabiha Braidy Jabbour.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 41 years (in 2004), Father Antoine F. Younes; two of her brothers, Mtaneous Jabbour, and Joseph Jabbour; and her two sisters, Therese Massoud, and Soumaya Darazi.

She is survived by her two sons, Francois Younes, and Rodrigue Younes & his wife Marianne; her three daughters, Chimene Saba & husband Semaan, Liliane Beaini, and Mirna Yousef & husband Jihad; nine grandchildren, Ignace Beaini, Amanda Rebecca Vieyra, Sebastien Younes, George Youssef, twins Raymond & Anthony Saba, Allison Youssef, Alexis Youssef, and Antoine Younes; her brother, Fakher Jabbour; and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Our Lady of the Cedars Maronite Catholic Church (11935 Bellfort Village Drive, Houston, TX 77031) with a viewing/visitation beginning at 5PM, the Rosary at 6PM, and Mass at 7PM. Interment will be on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 10:30AM at Forest Park Westheimer (12800 Westheimer
Houston, TX 77077).
