Youssef (Joe) Boutros
-

Youssef "Joe" Boutros, 83, passed away on December 27, 2025 in Houston, Texas.  He was born in 1942 in Lebanon to Fouad Boutros and Adele Shalouhy, who both precede him in death.

He is survived by his loving wife of over 52 years, Fadia Boutros; son, Tony Boutros; daughter, Tina Boutros Kirby; grandsons, Jack Kirby and Ian Kirby; one brother and 3 sisters.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one of his brothers.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday evening, January 6th, at Our Lady of the Cedars Maronite Catholic Church (11935 Bellfort Village Dr, Houston, TX 77031).  Visitation starts at 5:30, the Rosary at 6:30, and mass at 7:00pm, followed by a Mercy Meal.

Burial will be on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 11 AM at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
