NEIL LEVER DEAN, born on December 10, 1954 in Orangeburg, South Carolina, passed away on May 15, 2011 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Paul Dean; mother, Virginia Dean and brother, Tim Dean. His surviving family includes his sister, Alice Kemp; niece, Ashlynn Virginia Kemp; nephew, John Calvin King, III; aunt, Martha Miller; and uncle, Glenn C. Fincannon; as well as other cousins and extended family.
Over the years, Neil lived in California, Hawaii, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado and Texas. He spent ten years serving in the Navy. After the Navy, he became a great Mercedes car salesman, complete with a sense of humor and habit of telling jokes. Neil retired in 2007.
