Arthur Marvin Davis, 91, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2007. Arthur is survived by his wife of 63 years, three sons and four grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Deer Park United Methodist Church, 1300 E. 13th St., Saturday, March 10, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am with funeral services at 11:00. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.

I would like to express my sympathy to the family. I hope you are finding comfort in the time you spent with your dear loved one. Please find comfort in the hope expressed in the Bible at Revelation 21:3,4 where it tells us that mourning, pain, and death will be things of the past. Even Jesus confirms this promise at John 5:28,29 where he says that those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. I hope you find comfort in this hope.
