Donald R. Knight, 55, entered into eternal rest February 7, 2011 peacefully in his sleep. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Ida Fay Knight, His son Donald Ray Knight Jr and wife Naomi Jean Knight and Daughter Dawn Rochelle Knight and his four grandchildren AuroraDanielle Krueger, Andrea Nicole Krueger, Ryan Aiden Knight and Annabelle Rose Knight. His father Milton C. Knight Sr and his three brothers Milton C. Knight Jr Michael D. Knight and Richard E. Knight and numerous family members. He is preceded in death by his mother Mary Frances Montgomery Knight and his two sisters Joyce Renee Barr and Frances Dianne Knight. The services will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery 8010 Katy Freeway Houston Texas 77055. He will be having grave side services. The viewing will begin at 12:30pm and the services begin at 1:00pm.

When Jesus’ close friend Lazarus died, he resurrected him back to life on earth and made a promise to all l who have lost loved ones in death. His words are found at John 5:28, 29 which reads: “The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” Yes, Jesus Christ promised that all those in God’s memory will live again. May this promise bring you peace at this time.
