J. Martin Briggs, 60, passed away October 16, 2010. He was born on March 11, 1950 in Poughkeepsie, NY to Jim and Marian Briggs. He was a senior licensed PE with TRC Environmental.
He is survived by Jan, his loving wife of 35 years, son Joshua and wife Kim, daughter Sarah and husband Derek, two grandchildren, brother, and three sisters, along with other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday October 20, 2010 at 2pm, located at Grace Fellowship United Methodist Church, 2655 South Mason Road, Katy, Texas 77450, 281-646-1903.
