Marguerite M. Hendrix, 83, of Missouri City, Texas died Saturday July 7, 2007 at a local hospital. She was born June 21, 1924 in Houston, Texas to William and Oma Murdock. She was preceded in death in 1977 by her husband of 25 years Wade H. Hendrix. Mrs. Hendrix is survived by her son Bill Hendrix and his wife Deborah Hendrix, her daughter Sharon McLagan, two grandchildren, and one great-granchild. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 10, 2007 at the First Colony Church of Christ, 2140 First Colony Blvd., Sugar Land, Texas 77479. Visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, also at the church. A private interment will be held on Wednesday July 11, 2007 at the Houston National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband. The family would like to invite anyone with special memories of Mrs. Hendrix to feel free to share them here and to sign the online guestbook.
