Louise (as we knew her at Immanuel) was a sweet GOD loving, GOD fearing lady. She always had a smile when she came in the door. We will miss her and know she is safe with Jesus now.

Jesus Christ beamed from Ms Louise'very being. She not only loved Jesus Christ, she lived her life for Him and allowed Him to share His life through her to an untold number of people in her life. She has been a channel of blessings from God to His creation. A Lady, with class and dignity, and so very humble. I think God wrote a Proverb for her. Thank you for loving Barre and I, for your encouragement, and the joy of knowing we'll see you soon.

My life was made richer by knowing and working with Louise for many years. She was always such a lady in every circumstance that she faced. The world was a sweeter place because she was here. Now Heaven has become that much more special because we know that she is there. Prayers are with the family because she will be missed by all.

Louise and I (Ken) worked together at the bank in Galveston. She was always in good spirits and a joy to work around. Jesus taught us to love our neighbor and we could always see Jesus in everthing she did. The world has been blessed in having such a sweet lady in it.

Dear Michael,
I am so sorry to hear about the death of your mom. She was very dear to me and my family. We moved into the neighborhood on Bayou Homes Drive in 1970 and your mom was one of the first people to greet us. And through the years she remained one of the most loyal and kind person I have ever known. My children, Marlon and Mauri thought the world of her. Many years later when she was left alone and moved out of the neighborhood, I would meet her at the grocery store or while shopping, and we would hug one another and talk for a long time. She was the only person in the neighborhood that I ever trusted with a key to my house. Please know that she will always occupy a very special place in my heart. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
Much love,
Irenaeus Jordan

Dear Mike,
I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing.
It has been many years since I have seen her, but I will always remember her sweet smile and what a wonderful, classy lady she was.
I remember what a good sport she was when we went to Astroworld as kids with her and my mom.
You and your family are in my prayers, Leigh

Michael,

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I realize this must be a very difficult time for you and your family. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Your mom was such a genuine person. You and I often played together as children and your mother treated me like her own. I am truly blessed to have known such a compassionate person. I will carry those precious memories with me as I go through life. May God continue to bless you during this time and always.

Love,

Mauri

Michael, April, Carole & families: I just want you to know that I'm thinking of you and remembering Louise as my long ago neighbor on Bayou Homes Drive in Galveston and then giving me much help when she was an executive at First Hutchins Sealy Bank, also members together at FBC, Galveston. I'm sorry she had to leave us at such a "young" age because I'm there to. Love to all of you. Lu

To The Family of Mrs. Maude Louise Donelson

My name is Annette. I would like to express my deepest sympathy to each of you.

Although we are not acquainted with one another, we are acquainted with the pain when our loved ones fall asleep in death.

At Matthew 6:10 Jesus taught us to pray for God's Kingdom to come here upon the earth as it is in the heavens.

The fact that the the heavens is peaceful, no sickness, death, etc. is surely a place where we would like to be. So when we pray for these conditions to come on the earth, we are asking God to restore the earth back to its original condition when he created the first Man and Woman.

That Kingdom will be a reality here on the earth.

The Scriptures promises that the day is soon to come in which death will be no more and that Almighty God Jehovah will wipe away the tears of sorrow from our eyes forever. (Revelation 21:3-5)

He promises too that your loved ones, my loved ones and many others will hear his voice and come out of the memorial tombs (graves) to live in heaven-like conditions right here on the earth. (John 5:28,29; Psalms 37:29)
