Theodoros D. Manolopoulos age 68, passed away Friday, August 19, 2016 in the hands of his daughter Fotini after being diagnosed in April of this year with lung cancer. He was born in Vrisaki, Hmathias Greece and has lived in Houston, Texas since 1984. Theodoros wanted people to remember that he had a great life and always said that he wanted to leave this life with no pain and with his daughter next
to him. He loved watching his favorite football team the Texans, drinking Keystone and just relaxing. He owned Harry's Shoes and Boots for over 20 years and was loved by all. Theodoros is survived by his daughter Fotini Manolopoulos, his sisters Pashalio Hatzikou, Efi Fulaktou and Roula Manolopoulou, nieces Pigi, Fofi, Viki and Fotini and many other family members and close friends. Theodoros will be remembered by close friends and family for his heart of gold and his love of life. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from ten o'clock until eleven o'clock in the morning on Monday, August 22, 2016 at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3511 Yoakum Boulevard in Houston. The Trisagion Prayers will begin a quarter till eleven with the funeral service beginning at eleven o'clock in the morning, where the Cathedral Clergy will officiate.
