Jorge "Coach" Grijalva
Passed away at the age of 56 at Houston Hospice in Houston, Tx on August 24, 2013.
Born May 31, 1957 in Mexico City. Parents were Leopoldo Grijalva and Vicenta Doras. While growing up in Mexico, Jorge worked alongside his father from a very young age. Jorge did very well in school, always having exceptional grades. He grew up playing soccer, which he loved and had a passion for. He married Angeles Lozano Gonzalez on December 29, 1978 in Mexico City, Mexico.

Jorge's love for soccer became his 2nd job in the early 1990's when he took up coaching for his son Sonny Grijalva, his first team was named Pumitas. Many Pumas teams followed for the next 20 years after. Jorge coached children, young teens, teens, adults, even some soccer mom's. Jorge involved all of his children in playing soccer, so not only was he a father to them, but a coach to all his children. All of his teams gave him many satisfactions and made him very proud, winning many tournaments and trophies. His last team was Sugarland Pumas. Every player and their parents, became like family to Jorge.
Jorge is survived by his wife of 35years, Angeles Grijalva.

Son- Andy Grijalva 4-21-1992

20 years working for KBM Goup, formerly known as Dynamic Marketing. Jorge was very faithful to his job, KBM Group supported Jorge during his most difficult times.

Since I have known Jorge in the last few years at KBMG, he has been a charming and high spirited human being. Always positive and full of energy. I am sure his love and affection has affected people around him. We at KBMG will miss you so much. May God bless your soul and provide strength to your family and friends
