He is survived by his sons, Mario Gutierrez & wife Maria, and Jose M. Gutierrez & wife Ana; daughter, Rosa Gutierrez; grandchildren, Susana, Daniel, and Sophia Gutierrez, Carla Solares, and Roberto Nuñez.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Margarita Meda Gonzalez; daughter, Gloria Gutierrez; and his parents.
Services are scheduled for Thursday, September 1, 2016 in the Chapel of Beresford Funeral Service with a visitation from 10:30 AM to 12 noon, and the funeral at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Carmen Nelson Bostick Historic Cemtery in Tomball.
