Lucy Mae Jordan Blanks

Mrs. Lucy Mae Jordan Blanks was born August 10, 1929 in Molena, Georgia to the Late Joe and Rebecca Jordan.

She moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee at an early age and later moved to Texas to live with her son and his wife.

Those family members that preceded her in death include her father: Joe Jordan, mother: Rebecca Wrisper, sisters: Myrtice Collier, Josephine Appling, and brothers: Curtis Wrisper and Willie L. Wrisper, Sr.

Lucy leaves to cherish her memories (2) Sons: Jerry Looney & wife Barbara of Katy, Texas, David Looney & wife Sarah of Birmingham, Alabama; (2) Daughters: Sarah Baldwin & husband Jerry of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Maudell Foster & husband Doug of Chattanooga, Tennessee; (3) Sisters: Willie Echols, Julia Edwards, both of Cleveland, Ohio, and Onnie Channell of Chattanooga, Tennessee; (2) brothers: Ernest Wrisper & wife Sadie of Cleveland, Ohio, and Ulysses Wrisper of Shevyville, Tennessee; a host of Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great-Grandchildren; and a very special friend whom she love like a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Ann Looney.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons.
