A Full Life Well Lived....

In Loving Memory of Noemi Biberan,

It is with great sadness the family of Mrs. Noemi Biberian announces her passing away on November 17, 2015. She was born during the early 1920’s deportations from Western Turkey to Eastern Europe and the family settled in Bulgaria. Her parents, Efkine and Ghevont Biberian, along with the remains of their extended family settled in Burgas, Bulgaria, on the Black Sea. Noemi married Torkom Nigohosian and they were blessed with two children, Hovannes and Mariam Nigohosian, known to most as John and Mary.

Noemi was a talented clothing designer and renown fashion artist. After an intense turn of training in France, she established her own successful House of Fashion in Bulgaria. In 1970 she arrived in the United States and continued her fashion business carrier in New York’s Park, Seventh, and Madison Avenue’s fashion houses, for the next 40 years.

Noemi is survived by her children Hovaness and Mariam Nigohosian in the USA, and her sister Ester Manoukian and her family in Paris, France. There is an extended loving family of cousins in Armenia, France, and Bulgaria. She had many friends she loved and enjoyed in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, Palm Beach, France, Bulgaria, & Armenia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be extended to St. Kevork Armenian Church, 3211 Synott Road, Houston, TX. 77082. All are welcome to the funeral services and the follow up Hokejash Lunch on November 27, 2015, viewing starting at 11:00 AM.

To you John and Mary, to both of you, we want to express our affection in these sad moments.
We whoheheartedly with you. We share your pain and words fail to express it fully.
We will not be there for the funeral but we will be there in spirit, to accompany you in this terrible ordeal.
We will always keep in mind the image of a courageous and dynamic person.
To our my oving aunt, she rests in peace.
Lots of kisses to you and mostly courage.

Nathalie, Laurent, Puzente and Esther
