Ruth Lieb, 93, a native Houstonian, passed away March 31, 2010 in Houston, TX. She was born February 26, 1917 to Emin Erich Schmidt and Ruth Madge Witt Schmidt. She is survived by her two sons Stephen V. Lieb and Randall E. Lieb
& wife Rowena, and daughter Nancy Ruth Lieb, as well as one brother, three sisters, and three grandchildren. Mrs. Lieb was preceded in death by her husband of over 53 years Francis W. Lieb. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 2, 2010 from 7 pm to 9 pm in the Chapel of Beresford Funeral Service, 13501 Alief Clodine Rd., Houston, TX 77082. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at 11 am at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1101 Antoine Rd., Houston, TX.
