Bill Warden

William Harrison Warden, 93, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2011. He was preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Marguerite Vitiello Warden. He is survived by his four sons and their spouses, Steve (Monica), Bill (Lilly), Greg (Becky), Jeff (Cindy), his eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Bill was a true “Southern Gentleman” who spread his unique charm throughout his long and rewarding life. He devoted his retirement years to his faith, his family, and his passions. His children will forever treasure the many happy memories of an exciting childhood living abroad and then settling down in Houston. Bill was especially devoted to his service to Holy Cross Episcopal Church, where his circle of friends grew ten-fold. The family would like to express heartfelt thanks to Virginia Cantu, and his neighbors, the Hoovers, for their friendship, compassion, and care. A memorial service in his honor will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2011, at 3:00 pm at Holy Cross Episcopal Church, followed by the interment at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, 13101 North Freeway, Houston, TX. 77060.
