
BILLY JOE WILLOUGHBY, 61, passed away on March 2, 2008 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. Bill retired as a sergeant from HPD where he served on SWAT for 10 years. After retiring, he worked for Exxon Mobil asa Security Specialist. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his devoted wife of 32 years, Kandy Willoughby; daughters, Kara Marshall and husband David and Brooke Tompkins and husband Dustin; grandchildren, Kolten, Kaitlynn, and Kyler Tompkins, Aubree and Kaylee Marshall; sister, Reta Matheson and husband George; nephew, Rick Anderson; niece Vicky Anderson and a host of other loving relatives and friends. The family will be receiving friends at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, March 6, 2008, with a funeral service at 10:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven with interment to follow in the Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
