He always takes the ones we love the most, because he loves you more. Never a dull day in class with my friend. He always made me smile when I didn't think I could. Daryl you are another angel that the Lord has called home. You will be missed. We will be Wildcats again in Heaven!

My friend was loving and real. Always in the best of spirits, full of life, laughter and the occasional playful desire to tease a classmate. When we love people it's so comforting to know that they will always be with us in our hearts. God called him home, and he had to go. I'll see you again, my sweet friend.

Daryl was one of my first friends in Kindergarten. He remained one of the best friends I ever had for 13 years. As it happens, we lost contact as we went on with our busy lives. I had the best visit with him 9 years ago at our 20th class reunion. My heart is broken for the loss of my sweet childhood friend who I loved like a brother. My prayers are with his lovely family. Rest in peace Daryl. Love always, Amie

Daryl was my brother-in-law but even more he was like a brother to me. He was married to my sister who passed away in 2001. Daryl never left our family and through the years he was always there for everyone of us. He was one of the nicest people I had the privilege to know. There will always be a hole in our heart from his absence. Condolences to his family and friends who feel the loss of this wonderful man. God bless you Daryl and may you soar heaven!!

Daryl was one of the most loving grandfathers I have ever known. He may not of visited often but when he did he loved his grand baby's. I remember when Noah was born he just held him and held him and looked lovingly at him. A very sweet moment in John Ross's family and I was blessed to witness it. Rest in peace Daryl you will be missed.

Daryl worked for us as our lead installer for many years up until we had to shut the doors of our company. He was a great guy, always smiling and always working. We did not have to worry about anything on a job whether it was install or residential. He fixed the problem. Daryl never took off for work sick. He was a go-getter. He put up with my silly skits in my motivational morning meeting with the other techs, and he always made it fun. I have always thought about Daryl from time to time after we shut the doors to the business. He was one of my favorites. You will truly be missed Daryl and very much missed in the HVAC industry..Our prayers are with the family at this very difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear of Daryl's passing. My family knew the Ross family, through church, from the time I was an infant. Growing up, Daryl (and David) were always bigger, faster, stronger, better looking (so I'm told), and more popular. I admired Daryl for all those traits that I wished that I had. He never picked on me or ever made me feel small. He always treated me with kindness. He had a big heart and I admired that most of all. Thanks, Daryl.
Condolences and prayers to the Ross family from the Mayer's.

During Staci Harris's high school years Daryl was at our house quiet a bit. On one Saturday afternoon he climbed a ladder to clean out a gutter of some fall leaves. Staci said "hey Daryl watch out for that spider. "
I didn't know he was so afraid of spiders, but we found out quickly.
I had lost contact with him, but he had grown into such a good looking man with that winning smile. Prayers for the Ross family, that God will comfort you all.

Daryl was my first friend when I came to Beaumont. We became a couple, and even after the breakup we stayed in touch. He was always there when my family needed anything. That was the person he was. As the years went by I have never met such a giving person. He would work all day and if someone called and needed help he was there. I have so many memories of our trip to Bandera, Galveston and many other places on his bike. My heart goes out to his family, especially his son John Michael and his grandkids. I know Daryl loved riding but he loved you too. I am blessed to have known him. Daryl I can see you dancing in heaven now.

I am still trying to come to terms that Daryl is really gone. He has been a part of our family for over 30 years. He was married to my cousin Karin. We all loved him so much, words cannot begin to describe the loss that we feel. He was such an amazing person, always there for anyone... Loving, supporting and enjoying life with all of us. We have so many wonderful memories that my family and I have shared with him that we can hold on to, but the loss of him in our lives have left us all with an empty void that will never go away. We feel blessed that God brought him into our lives, even if it was only for too short of a time. He will be miss. My prayers go out to his family and friends. So sorry for yall's loss as well.
