Dora B. Ruiz, 69, passed away at her home in Houston in the early hours of February 19, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was born in Mexico on December 26, 1949 to Santiago and Frances Bazaldua.
She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Puente & fiancée Bernardino Hernandez; her son, Roberto Ruiz, Jr.; her mother, Frances Bazaldua; her grandchildren, Isabella Diaz & husband Gustavo, and Jose Barrera; her great-grandchildren, Kaylah Carreno and Leo Diaz; her brother, Adrian Bazaldua; and her ex-husband, Roberto Ruiz, Sr.
She is preceded in death by her father, Santiago Bazaldua, and her infant sister from many years ago.
Services are scheduled for Friday, February 22, 2019 in the Chapel of Beresford Funeral Service. The visitation will begin at 10 a.m. and the funeral will begin at 12 noon.
