My deepest condolences to the family. Please remember that while on earth, Jesus Christ resurrected individuals back to life. He demonstrated his power over death and showed on a small scale what he will do on a large scale in the future right here on earth. So may you reflect on God's promise found at 1 Corinthians 15:26. It reads: “As the last enemy, death is to be brought to nothing.”

I remember the first time I met Vicki. It was my first day of work at the clinic and my first day as a vet. I was very nervous and Vicki gave me a big smile and said with a laugh 'Sorry, I gave you a hard one for your first case!' I always teased her about that but Vicki always took care of me. She defended me when clients said I looked too young and she eagerly helped take care of my child when I had no choice but to bring him to work. She was a bright spot in every day at work. Her smile could light up your day and her passion for taking care of the animals was uplifting. Even though I didn't see her often anymore, I still considered her a friend. She made a lasting impression in my life and will be greatly missed. I will keep your family in our prayers.

Vicki started working at the clinic shortly after I did, which was over twenty years ago. She had such a love of animals and such a kind heart. She always had a smile on her face. The animals and I will miss her a lot.

Vicki was a force of nature and thru her self confidence aided me in my own personal growth. Your influence and love will continue to be felt and passed on for generations to come. “Time heals griefs and quarrels, for we change and are no longer the same persons.”
