Eleni Charalabos Konini, 87, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2013 in Houston, Texas. She was born in Athens, Greece on February 4, 1926 to Charalabos Konini & Polyxeni Yossis.
She is survived by her brothers, Nicolas & Eleni Kyriazis, Pyrros & Mary Kyriazis, Theodoros Kyriazis, and Constantine & Bengie Kyriazis; her sisters Fani & Dinos Grous, and Polyxeni Linard; with numerous nieces and nephews and their families.
She is preceded by her parents, Charalabos & Polyxeni Konini, and other family, Evangelos & Olgas Kyriazis, Alekos Koninis, Dimitrios Kyriazis, and Alekos Linard.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2013 from 5 to 8 PM in the Chapel of Beresford Funeral Service (13501 Alief Clodine Rd, Houston, Texas 77082) with a pryer Service at 6:30pm. The funeral will take place on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Burial will commence at Forest Park Westheimer.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church Altar Fund.

Helen was such a beautiful person and loving neighbor. The McDermott Family was spoiled immensely by her delicious baked delicacies. We will especially miss her sweet smile and warm hugs. Helen will always be remembered fondly by the McDermott Family. Our lives have been blessed by knowing her.
