Joseph Paul Mendoza who most knows as "Paul" of Rosenberg, Texas, passed away at the age of 67 after a courageous fight against Leukemia Cancer. He passed away on February 25, 2025 in the hospital in Sugarland TX
He was born on March 23, 1957 in Beeville, TX to Paul P Mendoza and Rosie Mendoza.
Paul was married to his wife, Margarita Mendoza, for 45 years. He graduated from Lamar High School in Rosenberg TX and went on to get his associate degree in College.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Paul P. Mendoza and Rosie Mendoza; and great-grandbaby, McKenna Hernandez.
Services will be held on Tuesday March 4, 2025 at Beresford funeral Home (13501 Alief Clodine Road Houston, TX 77082). Visitation will be from 11:30 am till 12 noon and the funeral will begin at 12 noon, officiated by Pastor Benjamin Davis and Pastor Wade Burgess. Burial will follow at Davis Greenlawn cemetery in Rosenberg, TX.

Paul, to the best and only brother in law I could ever have! The memories of you are all coming back from the time you used to let me tag along on your dates with my sister to the Galleria and other places. You will be surely be missed for sure, you will not be forgotten!!
Although I didn’t know Mr. Mendoza, I know his beloved daughter Letty. I know that he was a wonderful father who taught his daughter about Jesus and showed Jesus’ love to her through his actions. Letty’s faith and Christian walk are a testament to her father’s faith and love for Jesus. I look forward to meeting Mr. Mendoza in heaven!
