Magdy Marzouk Tawadrous Mikhail

Magdy Marzouk Tawadrous Mikhail passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at the age of 70.

Magdy was born on April 1, 1956, in Qena, Egypt. He earned his law degree from the Alexandria University Faculty of Law and practiced as a lawyer before immigrating to the United States in 2001 where he settled in Houston, Texas. 

He is survived by his wife, AnMary Mikhail; his sons, Robert Mikhail and his wife, Mary, and Peter Mikhail and his wife, Sarah; and his granddaughter, Evelyn. He is also survived by his sisters, Isabelle and Afaf, and their families, who reside in Egypt.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Nabil Mikhail. 

Magdy enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing and grilling. He loved cooking for his family and looked forward to visiting Egypt often. 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 1:00pm at St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church in Houston, Texas, followed by burial at Brookshire Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 1699 Sturm Ln, Brookshire, TX 77423 at 3:00pm.
