The world has lost a great woman. Maria(Momo) was a very loving, smart, giving, caring, funny, not to mention one hell of a gambler, and hard working woman. A girl could have not asked for a better mother in law. I love her dearly. She filled a void in my life when I was in a desperate need for motherly love. She was always so great at that. Thank you Momo for making my dear sweet loving husband the man that he is. I know your up in heaven right now watching over us and taking care of all the babies in heaven. I love you.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathies to Gloria, De, Laura, Robert, and the rest of the Segovia family. I am sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I know she will be missed by all. May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Please know that you are never alone. Turn to the Holy Scriptures for guidance and to help soothe your heart. Psalms 34:18 assures us that God is near to those broken at heart and crushed in spirit. My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Debbie Gonzales (Gloria's sister-in-law)

Our thoughts continue to be with the entire family but especially the Rios family. Bill and Irma we feel your pain with the lost of your Mom. Take comfort in knowing that she is with our Heavely Father and is no longer in pain. I know you will miss her dearly but you will always have your wonderful memories and she will live on in your hearts. We love you guys.

I have known Momo for a little over six years. I am thankful that Victor was so close to her because it allowed me to get to know and love her as well. I don't really know what to say exactly. She was always very kind and loving to me and taught me how to cook mexican food :) She will always hold a special place in my heart and will truely be missed by both Victor and I.
