Outside work, he served as an Elder for First Presbyterian Church of Sugarland, and subsequently for Westminster Presbyterian Church. He volunteered at the Houston Museum of Natural Science, eventually becoming a Master Docent. He also enjoyed camping and square dancing. Bob’s kind heart and warm humor always made everyone feel better about life.
