I knew Shirley at Lanier, Lamar and Baylor. When I saw her in recent years, she was still the same vibrant, enthusiastic and beautiful girl that I had always known. We also have a bond with Tallowood Baptist church as my husband was the first pastor and the church is close to our hearts.
