I knew Shirley thru all my years at Sears. She was the reason so many of us stayed loyal to Sears, we were loyal to her, her kindness, strength, and friendship was the glue that held us together. She helped us celebrate birthdays, baby showers, and retirement parties by bringing home cooked meals, 7UP cake, and other goodies.
Thank you , Shirley, for your friendship and love. You are a beautiful soul.

I thank God for Aunt Shirley. She saved me many summers when I would come to visit with my Dad- Morris. She would take me school shopping at Weiners , where she was store manager, and press my hair to help keep me looking like a young lady. I will miss her nurturing spirit, the summer visits, her laughter, home cooked meals - especially the fried fish and homemade hush puppies 😋. Tri and Danny I pray God gives you peace and fill your void with fond memories. I love you.

The same beautiful personality that Shirley demonstrated when I first met her many, many years ago in high school in Marvell, Arkansas was the same personality that showed up each time I saw her since that day. ~ Family - Thinking of you and wishing you moments of peace and comfort. I sincerely hope that your happy memories of Shirley will help you through this difficult time.
