Vonda Ann Griffin

Vonda Ann Griffin, born July 18, 1953, in Houston TX, went to her Heavenly home October 13, 2024, from Humble, TX.

Vonda fought a lengthy battle with cancer and was a graduate of MacArthur High in the Aldine I.S.D area.  She went on to be a dental technician working at University of Texas Dental School and also done work with M.D. Anderson at the medical center. Vonda was a renowned dental technician with 40 plus years with many awards. 

Vonda is survived by Sister-in-law Lesia; Nieces, Jeanette & Husband Jerry, Stacy & Husband Danny, and Crystal; Nephew, Cary & wife Clara; Great-Nieces, Jessica, Jennifer, Ciara, and Kimberly; Great-Nephews, Mark, Drake, Kevin, Cauy, Michael, and Drew; Great-Great-Nieces, Brooke and Lexi (Lollipop); Great-Great-Nephews, Caden, Shelby, Franklynn, Preston, Matthew, Royal, and Hunter; As well as numerous Friends.

Vonda is preceded in death by her Parents, Ray & Dorothy; Sister, Hazel & Husband Denny; Brothers, Travis & Gary; Nephew, Allen; Great-Great-Niece, Joy Hazel; and Great-Great-Nephew, Navy.

Services will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at Bible Batist Church with the Visitation starting at 1pm, and the Funeral Service beginning at 2pm.  The Burial will follow at 3:30pm at Rosewood Cemetery.

Vonda was such a great gal!! She was so funny, smart, strong, & determined! She was my cousin. Her Dad & my Dad were brothers. We were very close & talked often. I will miss her so much, as I know all her nieces & nephews will.
