BETTY TERRY PACE On Feb. 21st our lord received the beautiful soul of this incredible lady. Betty was born in Farmersville,TX 80 years ago to George Lee and Maggie Terry. A proud graduate of Crozier Tech High in Dallas, she became a dance instructor for Arthur Murray studios. For over 50 years she was married to the love of her life, Joseph Charles Pace, who preceded her in death. They have 2 children, Chrisanne Jenkins of Austin and Matt Pace of Houston. She was a fantastic wife and mother. In 1966 they moved to Houston where her lifelong career in the cosmetics industry began. She worked for Joske's as a Cosmetic Buyer and then for Dillard's as a Cosmetic Consultant for Lancome until she retired at the age of 65. Betty ("B") was beautiful, a true character--- a tremendous sense of humor, energetic, fun-loving, athletic, a great cook and party host, always smiling and laughing. Her many friends loved her and she loved them dearly. Always a proud, self-sufficient and determined individual who worshipped her lord; she loved St. Christopher's Episcopal Church where she volunteered at their thrift shop. She adored her 4 grandkids--Justin Jenkins, Brooke Jenkins, Nick Pace and Alle Pace. She had very special and loving relationships with her son-in law, James Jenkins and her daughter-in-law, Gladys Pace. HER LIFE IS TRULY ONE TO BE CELEBRATED. Betty is also survived by her wonderful brother, Bob Terry and his wife Nancy, of Dallas; nephews Robert and Mike Terry; and numerous other relatives. Please celebrate her incredible life with us at 2PM on Sunday, Feb. 24 at a funeral service at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church-1656 Blalock-Houston 77080. A reception will follow in Latham Hall. In lieu of flowers, kindly donate to St. Christopher's Episcopal Church.

I am sorry to read of your loss. Many have experienced the death of a loved one. In God's word the Bible, it speak of a resurrection on earth at John 5:28,29-Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.
