In the loving arms of our Lord, Robert Edward Watkins, 66, of Houston, Texas passed away peacefully on July 26, 2011. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 20, 1944. A long time Houston resident, Bobby graduated from San Jacinto High School in 1963. He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1966 until 1971. He is survived by three siblings, Linda Taylor, Jon Watkins and Jan Ruhnow, all of Houston, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In accordance with his wishes, Bobby will receive a private burial at the Houston National Cemetery.
