Rosalie Hogue Rush, 94, passed away on March 31,2016 in Kingwood, Texas. She was born on February 23, 1922 to Jesse and Florence Wilke Hogue in Galveston, Texas.
She lived a full life and is survived by her sons, Jim Rush and wife Debby, and
Donald Rush; 4 grandchildren, Kerri Hove, Jessica Dugan, Don Rush, and Mike Rush; 8 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Dorothy Wey.
Her joy in life was music and dancing and she shared her sweet smile with anyone who greeted her. Now she is in the presence of God, and we feel pretty sure she is tap dancing in heaven to her hearts content.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Rush; her grandson, Matthew Rush; and her brothers, Bill Hogue and Jim Hogue.
There will be a memorial celebration with a private gathering of friends and family.
