Sylvia Polio passed away on January 31, 2016 in Houston, Texas. She was born on February 21, 1966 in Houston, Texas to parents Daniel and Consuelo Martinez.
She was a lifelong resident of Houston and was a member of Episcopal San Mateo Church.
She is survived by her Husband Jorge Polio,
She is preceded in death by: Cristina (sister), Raymundo (brother in law), Raquel (niece), Consuelo (mother)& Daniel (father).
The visitation will start at 10AM Friday February 5, 2016 and the funeral service will be at 9AM Saturday February 6, 2016 all at Episcopal San Mateo Church (6635 Alder Drive Houston, TX 77081).
