
Mary Frances Hutchins, 88, passed away on April 10, 2025 in Katy, Texas. She was born on October 22, 1936 in San Antonio, Texas to Fred Burney & Mildred (Ward) Burney.
She is survived by her son, Greg Cowart; stepson, Jim Burrell & wife Joyce; nieces, Kathy Hille and Ann Beljan; 4 grandchildren, Victoria Cowart,Christopher Burrell, Michael Burrell, and Kalen Cordova; 7 great-grandchildren; and good friend, Nancy Walters.
She is preceded in death by husbands, James Burrell and David Hutchins; and her sister, Jo McAdams.
Mary was a successful real estate agent and manager in Houston/Katy area. She made many friends in the industry.
Graveside Service will be on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Memorial Oaks Cemetery (13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079).
