SIDNEY THOMAS WALKER JR. passed away at his home on Friday October 27, 2006. Born in Tulsa, OK on March 28, 1914, Sid graduated with a Petroleum Engineering degree from University of Oklahoma and later worked with Phillips Petroleum, Scurlock Oil and Mitchell Energy. Sid was a long time member of St Martin's Episcopal Church. He enjoyed playing golf, being with friends, piloting his plane and reading books. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Margaret Woodard Walker, sister, Mary Sudberry, his children and their spouses: Tom and Suzy Walker, Mary Margaret and Don Evans, Johnny and Cynthia Walker, his grandchildren and spouses: Lisa and Jake Zapalac, Stephanie and David Goodman, Sara Walker, Michael Walker, and his great-grandchildren: Kate, Abbey and Sam Zapalac and William, Sydney and Reese Goodman. He was most proud of his family and will be greatly missed by all. A Memorial Service will be held at St Martin's Episcopal Church, 717 Sage Road, at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 2, 2006.
