Arshak Setrak Avedissian, 72, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2020. He was born on July 1st 1948 in Iraq to Setrak Avedissian and Rihan Melkonian as the oldest of 6 siblings Ishkan,Zaven,Anoush,Varouzh,Nuna
Arshak met the love of his life Asdghig Takissian, they were married on Feberuary 19th 1971 . He was devoted to his wife, children and the rest of his family as well as trying his best to help out his community. Arshak and his wife Asdghig moved to the United States in 2004 to be near his siblings
Arshak is survived by his loving wife; their 3 children, Hrayr Avedissian & wife Carolin Avedissian of Florida, Rafi Avedissian of Texas, Silva Avedissian and Husband Yasir Katola of Texas; 4 grandchildren, Natalie, Emma, Ammar, Jivan; and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in his name be made to St. Kevork Armenian Church 3211 Synott Rd. Houstoun, TX 77082
Service and burial will be held on Thursday. July 23rd, 2020 at Carmen Nelson Bostik Cemetary 12317 Holderrieth Rd. Tomball, TX 77375 at 10:00 AM.
