Shahida Patterson, 63, passed away on May 1, 2014 in Houston, Texas. She was born on July 15, 1950 in Pakistan.
She is survived by her son, Saroosh Reuben & wife Anita Reuben; daughters, Madiha Reuben, Saniha Reuben, Nida Reuben, Kinza Reuben; grandchildren, Asher and Emaan. She was preceded in death by her mother, Grace William; father, William Barru; sister, Amina Mehmood; son-in-law, Jaweed Ahmed; and brothers-in-law, Harrison Reuben and Edwin Dacosta.
Visitation will be on Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 10 am to 12 noon with the funeral at noon. Interment will commence at the Carmen Nelson Bostick Historic Cemetery in Tomball.

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

Allow me to extend my deepest condolences on the loss of your mother. Losing a parent is one of the biggest losses that can be suffered by anyone. May you find God's presence with you as you journey through the time of grief. I know your mother is one in a million!!! Nida Reuben you and your family are in my prayers!
Allow me to express my feelings regarding the sad news which I have seen recently and believed me I remembered all the previous memories 💖 of that old time and I must say she was a great lady who brought up her children's with all positive thinking and knowledge and supported them as like a tree 🌲 who always protecting the people from scorching sunshine. May Allah bless her and keep her soul in Eden.
