Although we never personally met Aunt Sissy, her reputation for selfless giving precedes her in the stories related by our brother-in-law, Bruce White. Surely Heaven rejoices with the addition of such a soul! But hearts on Earth are heavy with the loss of that spirit.

I have precious memories of being in Park Place with Frances. After I left Park Place, I frequently saw her at lunch on Sundays and enjoyed short visits. She was such a sweet lady who always had a smile for all she met. Looking forward to seeing her again in Heaven.

I can only imagine the celebration in Heaven when Frances arrived on Easter Sunday!! I know her Mother and my Mother (her "Auntie") were in the front welcoming her Home!! Frances had a heart for her Lord and served Him with happiness and gladness!! I can almost hear Him say "Well done My good and faithful servant!" Thank you Lord that I am blessed to be a member of her earthly and Heavenly family!! Sweet Frances -"I thank my God upon every rememberance of you!" Phil.1:3 Until we meet again!!

My mother, Frances Sue Lewis, was friends with Frances and Willa Jean. In fact they were in my parents' wedding. I know Frances will be missed by her loving family.

Frances has been my friend since 1955 when I came to Park Place Baptist Church, and though I have lived in California for 47 years, we still exchanged Christmas cards. When my card came back this year, I searched the obituaries to see if Frances had gone to be with the Lord and yes there she was. I am saddened, but thankful for our long friendship. Frances was a dear lady! I will miss her notes every year.
