a mechanic. Helping so many people, friends, and family keeping their cars running and on the road, many times not wanting nor asking for a dime for his hard work. In his later years, George loved sharing his work and his time with his brother Tommy in the car shop and finally retiring at age 80.
George was a devoted family man, marrying Janice Bell and became a father of 4, Brehn, Kyle, Desiree, and Angie. He was always there for them at a drop of a hat. A loving, kind, and caring father.
He was a devoted Grandpa and especially loved his grandchildren: Coree, Kaci, Jonathan, Stefen, and Aaron. When they walked into the room George lit up, face glowing and arms opened giving the best loving hugs and a chuckle of laughter. Always expressing his happiness to seeing them. Needless to say, when Great Grand Children came his way his heart grew even bigger with: Ethan, Luxleigh, Evin, Vivyen, Stefen, and Clare.
George was dedicated and passionate to the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He loved his church family, studying the Lord's word and devout in prayer. He always spoke of his favorite thing, to give the Children's bible lesson stories during church service. He loved singing gospel songs and fellowship with his church family.
George will be incredibly missed by so many people that he has touched with his love and goodness...A man with a real heart of GOLD.
