Karen Ann Silverman Daniels (b. April 17th, 1967) was a mother, author, and lover of laughter. Born in Fort Worth and raised in Houston, Karen spent most of her life in Texas. In Sugar Land, she raised a family of three. She passed away in her home on April 1st 2019.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Silverman and her father, William Silverman.
She is survived by her husband Carl Daniels, her three children, Brittney, Brandon, and Chris, and her mother Ester Ryan. She is buried at Woodlawn Cemetery in Houston, TX, close to her brother and father.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019 at Tallowood Baptist Church (555 Tallowood Rd., Houston, TX 77024) beginning at 11:00am.

Karen was our good friend. We spent her last weekend together with Carl & her at our Lake House in Lake Hills, TX. We all had a great time as always and played games, ate a lot, drank some beer for her wine for my wife and I. It will be remembered as a fitting tribute to a person that always brought a smile to everyone who knew her.
I have know the Daniels family for 20 years and they are a lovely family. Karen was a wonderful mother and wife. She always had a smile on her face and was a shining example to all mothers and wives everywhere. I looked up to their family unit always. Karen will be missed deeply. Our love and prayers are with you all. We are so sorry for your loss.
I have know the Daniels family since our son's, Chris and Spencer where in the Club Scouts. Carl and I worked on the Pinewood Derby. My daughter Shelby is friends with Brittney. I ran into Carl and Karen just a few weeks, the last time I saw Karen. She has always been very elegant with a special smile, and will be missed.
Carl and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Karen was a wonderful person. We never saw her at Mallard Lake without her beautiful smile. We are praying for healing for you and your family.
Karen was a sweet friend and neighbor. The times spent with Karen were marked by love and laughter. You left us way too soon but your beautiful spirit and grace will never be forgotten.
Carl our hearts break for you. There are not words to make any of this better. Just know that we are always here for you in whatever direction you go from here. We will always treasure the joy you and Karen have brought into our lives.
We have been honored to know Karen and will always remember the beautiful woman she was, the smiles, the laughter, the loving wife, amazing mother and kind friend.
Carl you helped her have a super fulfilled life — too short, but so full. We are sending you love, and wishes for a decent night’s sleep, and every other tiny peace/comfort that’s possible in this impossible time.?
Carl, Brittney, Brandon, and Chris, the entire Imper family are so sorry for the loss of your wife and mom and we offer our deepest condolences. Karen was such a sweet lady with a generous heart.
