Mark Steven Michalk

Mark Steven Michalk, 66, passed away on August 25, 2023 in Katy, Texas.  He was born on February 11, 1957 in Houston, Texas to Charley Michalk Jr and Paula Ann Hogan Michalk.

He is survived by his mother, Paula Michalk; his daughter, Rebekah Kelsey & husband Colby; son, Reed Michalk; sister, Peggy Mosher & husband Kirk; brother, Kenneth Michalk; and grandchildren, Brooklynn Michalk, Clayton Kelsey, and Claire Kelsey; nieces, Amanda Michalk and Sara Mosher; and numerous great-nephews, great-nieces, cousins, and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charley Michalk, Jr.

Graveside service will be on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 11 AM at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery (12800 Westheimer Rd., Houston, TX 77077).  Due to warm weather conditions please dress comfortably. Feel free to wear your fishing shirt in honor/memory of Mark.   A memorial service will follow at 12 noon at Holy Covenant United Methodist Church (22111 Morton Rd, Katy, TX 77449).
