It is with total submission to the will of God that we write the biography of our beloved mother, daughter, sister and cousin: Late Nwasa Ireke Onyuku (Nee Kalu Egworonu Obasi).
Late Nwasa Ireke Onyuku was born on the 9th of December, 1980 into the family of Chief and Mrs. Kalu Egworonu Obasi of Ndi Ama Ameke Abiriba in Ohafia Local Government. She was the first daughter and third child of her parents.

She was a woman of faith and
To those who knew her so well, she was a peaceful woman, God fearing, generous, peace maker and very simple. She did not defer or neglect any good or kindness she could render to people. She believes in doing it now.
She fell sick for a few days and visited the hospital as usual. She was still strong and encouraged us to be steadfast in prayer. She was very strong in prayer for the few days. She fought a good fight and left a legacy. We are hurting and still asking questions. The truth is that death is a transition, but it came as a big shock to the family. Words cannot express how we feel. It is said that "Good people die but their memories live on". Continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord till we meet to part no more.
