Russell "Rusty" Duane Bownds was born in Houston, Texas on August 4, 1958, and passed away in Houston on July 13, 2023.

Rusty is survived by his brothers, Richard and Randall Bownds.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 10am at First Baptist Church Tomball.

To the Family of Mr. Russell Bownds, I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Mr. Russell Bownds. I first met Mr. Bownds when he came to our office in 2018 to purchase home insurance. It was always a pleasure to speak with him. Sending prayers.
