Hortencia Rivera Wagner was born on September 3, 1951 in Houston, Texas and passed away on December 24, 2009 in Kingwood, Texas. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Peter A. Wagner; son, Raymond A. Wagner; brothers, Louis Rivera III and Daniel L. Rivera; sister, Yolanda R. Perez; grandchildren, Hazel E. Wagner and Raymond J. Wagner; nephews, Samuel A. Rivera, Louis Rivera IV, and Jeremy R. Perez; and her niece, Vanessa G. Gamboa. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2009 from 9 am to 11 am at Beneke Memorial United Methodist Church, 9104 Harrell St., Houston, Texas 77093, 713-695-2582, with the Funeral Service to follow at 11 am also at the church. A Graveside Service will be held later that day at 1:30 pm at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, Texas 77038.
