As an 18-year old boy, Joseph wrote: "When a man works he is not only working to support his family, he helps to support the Company, City, County, State and the most important; his Country. The nation depends on the worker and the worker on the nation."
He also wrote:
"Kindness pays off. Give and know it is better to give than to receive. Help others and whenever you need help the ones you helped will help you."

That describes Joseph in a nut shell: A very loyal citizen, hard worker and most generous soul!

Rest in peace, Joseph! You will be missed.

To my Uncle Joe. The last time I saw you was when you came to Mom's house and had Thanksgiving diner with us. I am so glad that you were able to join us to enjoy time with Mom. I know the angels are watching over you and hope that you are truly resting in peace. May God help my mother through this difficult time. She is hurting because she loves you so much and truly misses you. You were truly blessed to have so many wonderful friends who loved you.

Dear Joseph
I wish that I had had the opportunity to see you and get to visit with you one last time but God had other plans. May he grant unto you eternal rest and may you now be enjoying your reunion with your Mom and Dad and all of your other loved ones.
Love you,
Sylvia

Joseph was such a kind, soft-spoken, and saintly gentleman. He loved the children at church, especially all the newborns. He will be missed! Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and all the souls of the faithful departed, though the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Joseph Guerrero was a good friend of mine. Every Sunday and holy day he saved me a pew in Church for the last 13 years. I hope now he will save me a place in Heaven. Joseph was the best friend anyone could have. He was caring, funny and generous, thinking of others always. He was a very hard worker. I will miss you Joseph. Thank you for all your years of friendship. Rest in peace my dear friend until we meet again.

I remember Joseph well, especially the memories of when we went on a pilgrimage to Europe a few years ago. He was always taking pictures and he sent me a copy of every picture he took on that trip! He was always willing to help. No task was too small.

Rest in peace, Joseph. May all your good works carry you straight into heaven where we will all meet you once again.

Pray for us,
Cathy J
