Carol Ann Hoffpauir, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 25,2014 at Tomball Regional Medical Center in Tomball, TX, at the age of 69.
She was born on Tuesday, November 14, 1944 in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, to John and Cecelia Cresho.
They moved to Hillside, New Jersey in 1953. Carol attended St. Lucy's Catholic school and was a 1962 graduate from Hillside High School.
In 1963, Carol married John E. Wojenski. They lived in Cliffwood Beach, New Jersey and had 3 children.
Carol and her family moved to Kansas in 1971. Carol pursued a career in cosmetology and opened her own salon in 1979. Carol and her family remained in Kansas until 1988.
Carol then moved to Texas and began her career as a rental property manager, which she enjoyed doing very much.
She loved life and adored her family and friends. She would spend countless hours playing hearts on line while making many new friends.
She is survived by her husband, James. Her daughter Lisa (Mike) Warren, her two sons, Paul (Laura) Wojenski and Christopher (Jennifer) Wojenski.
Family, friends and others whose lives Carol touched are invited to Copperfield Church, 8350 Hwy 6. N., Houston, TX 77095 on Saturday, October 11th at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to please make a charitable donation to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

Grandma, I miss you more than you could ever imagine. Most likely, you are already aware of this. You were and still are my world. So soft spoken and kind, loving and giving. You were such an incredible woman that taught us so much. You were vibrant and spunky! Always lent an ear to listen. We love and miss you dearly. I will always talk to your great granddaughters about you as you are our Guardian Angel. Love Always and Forever, Your AngelFace, Selahjah and Jah'Kyria.
Carol, It had been awhile since we were in touch, but you were always very sweet to me. I thought you were a dear sweet lady. I know you are playing games in Heaven now. You were the love of my brother's life and I'm so grateful for that. Until we meet again may your beautiful soul Rest in Peace. Love ya.
