Doris passed away Monday, March 9, 2015 at the age of 85. She was born on June 26, 1929 in Berryville, Virginia. During her early years, Doris lived in McKeesport, Pennsylvania and graduated from McKeesport High School. She married Herb Wiest in 1956, and moved to New Jersey. Doris passed away Monday, March 9, 2015 at the age of 85. She was born on June 26, 1929 in Berryville, Virginia. During her early years, Doris lived in McKeesport, Pennsylvania and graduated from McKeesport High School. She married Herb Wiest in 1956, and moved to New Jersey. After several years she was finally able to have a much awaited
daughter, her only child, Terrie. The family relocated to Houston in the early 1960s, finally joining the rest of her very close family that had moved to Houston a few years earlier. Doris loved her family, loved to travel and in her last years, loved to give all her friends and caregivers a hard time; always ready with a sarcastic comment and a smile.
