Ted was one of the first people I danced with while learning West Coast Swing and always one of the sweetest. He made me feel welcome and was always so encouraging. Many condolences to Ted's family and Margie. You will be missed, Ted! Keep on dancing.

Dear Ted's Family and Margie,

Words cannot express the sorrow we felt upon learning that Ted had passed. We have made many great memories together since meeting Ted over 30 years ago at SSQQ. We will not be able to dance, ski or watch The Man From U.N.C.L.E. without thinking fondly of Ted.

Didi will miss his warm hugs and I will miss his quick wit and humor. Thank you Ted for being a ray of sunshine in our lives. You will live on in our memories.

With all our thoughts and prayers, always.

Margie and Ted's Family,
My heart aches at the thought of Ted being gone from us. What wonderful memories I have of him. When at any event or just our regular Wednesday nights at Melody, I was always greeted with a big hug and a smile from him. He was a shining star in our dance world and will forever be missed. I am so very grateful that I knew Ted and may he rest in peace in God's arms. May God comfort you all in this time.

To Ted's family, Margie.....Ted was in our lives for so many years through the dance community. Even though we lived in the Dallas area it was always so nice to see Ted and Margie when we would go down to dance comps. He was a gentle soul and a loving man. I will always remember him fondly. I am sure he and Gary are up there with the angels having a great reunion.....

My Dearest Marjorie and to the Family of Ted Jones:

Although I only met Ted a few times through Marjorie at PASH and COPAS events, I knew he made her very happy and they truly enjoyed life together. When tragedy strikes so suddenly and unexpected, we can never find the right words to express our sorrow and condolences. I would like to leave you with a prayer, a Franciscan Blessing that has helped me in moments of such heartbreak.

“May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He turn His face on you and give you His peace and His joy, and His love, and His protection. May He be with you now at this hour, and every moment of your life. At the moment when you close your eyes in order to open the to Him, to His Glory, May He be with you. May He bless you, The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Help us Lord, bless us Lord, thank You Lord, Amen”.

- Author Fr. Maximillian Mizzi, O.F.M. Conv., A Monk from Assisi, Italy, gives us a blessing from the heart of St. Francis
