Ada DeChoudens, 80, of Sugar Land, Texas, passed away in her home on Tuesday, January 26th.

She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who dedicated her life to caring for those around her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Raul; her parents, Manolo & Dolores Leiva; her brothers, Jorge Leiva, Wilfredo Leiva, Manolo Leiva; and her Son-In-Law, Gary Machemehl.

She leaves behind her four daughters: Mercedes Williams and husband John, Theresa Ellis and husband Wayne, Eva Pope and husband Allen and Deanna Thompson, as well as 7 grandchildren: Richard Machemehl and wife Kim, Jared Williams and wife Heather, Jennifer Kasprzak and husband Josh, Ryan Machemehl, Kristen Pope, Christopher Machemehl and Kendall Pope, 4 great-grandchildren: Nikolas Machemehl, Kaleb Kasprzak and Haley and James Williams; her brother, Valentine Leiva; and her sister, Angela Clauset.

She will be greatly missed by her family and many close friends.

Funeral Service will be on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Beresford Funeral Service. Interment will be at the Houston National Cemetery at 9:00 AM on Friday, January 29, 2016.
