Jenny Fagg, 91, of Houston, Texas passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022 in Houston, Texas. She was born on July 26, 1930 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Jeet Christopher Martin and Thelma Rigney Martin.

Jenny was a published author, an active genealogist, and a loving wife and mother. She was a life member and past regent of the Alexander Love Chapter National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution; a member of The Colonial Dames of America, Huguenot Society of America, and Mayflower Society, working with the local chapters and attending state and national conventions. She loved doing research and helping people discover their family roots. She actively supported Tamassee DAR School and frequently organized fundraisers to provide Christmas presents for their resident students. Jenny celebrated 39 years of sobriety and hosted couples counseling classes for a number of years. She was an active member of Southwest Central Church of Christ for over 60 years and helped lead an adult English as a Second Language program for countless students. She loved hosting gatherings, playing bridge and visiting with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Clint Fowler Fagg Jr; her brothers, J. C. Martin and Jack Martin; her sister, Neva Jo Brooks; and daughter-in-law, Lynette Fagg.

She is survived by her son Clint Fagg, III and wife, Katherine Kitty Dailey Fagg; daughters Cynthia Krohn and husband Allan, and Karen Montgomery and husband Ralph. Grandchild Michael Hays of Florida, great grandchildren Justin of Arkansas, Gabriella and husband Michael of Dallas, Brice of San Marcos, and Madyson of Arkansas; grandchild  Lisa Hays of Katy, great grandchildren Roger Hebert and wife Kayla and great-great grandchild Harper of Katy;   great-grandchild Ashley Hebert and great-great grandchild Logan of Sealy. grandchild Mary Beth Fife of Katy;  grandchild  Kristy Maikranz, great grandchildren Braiden, Ethan, and Riley, of Katy; grandchild Nat Clark and wife Marci, great grandchildren Hanna and Maxine of Iowa; grandchild David Krohn of San Antonio; grandchild Wendy DeLaCruz and husband Larry,  great grandchildren Rhozine and Larry of San Antonio; grandchild Rhozine Perez  and husband Larry and great grandchildren, Marren, Raley, and Everett of Pearland; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 at Beresford Funeral Service   13501 Alief Clodine Rd, Houston, TX 77082. Steve Sandifer will officiate.

Her funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Beresford Funeral Service 13501 Alief Clodine Rd, Houston, TX 77082. Burial will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in her name be made to Alexander Love DAR Chapter, or to the charity of your choice.
