He is survived by his wife, Irisbi Almanza; his daughter, Shirley Carrizales & her husband Kevin Henriquez; and his grandchildren, Julian Henriquez and Natalia Henriquez.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Armando Carrizales; and his sister, Maria Carrizales.
Visitation and viewing are planned for Saturday, May 17, 2025 in the Chapel of Beresford Funeral Service from 12 noon to 2 PM.
